I love this scale.I got it to help with my weight loss journey and I was shocked at all the features it had. not only did it calculate my weight but it also gave me my BMI, BMR Body Fat %, and other health parameters.It was easy to connect to my phone and my other fitness app.i recommend buying this.

Very nice scale!
This is my first scale purchase in a while. Love the new transformation from the old ones. The app auto downloads your weight, then my Fitbit app automatically grabs the info from it. No more manual entry. This scale/app does much more, but I have not utilized most of it as of yet. I love what I have looked at, though. The app has the food diary, meal plan, pretty much everything the Fitness Pal app has, but I havent had the time to move over yet. Very satisfied with the product.

Great scale for tracking progress.
This is the first scale I have actually liked. It measures body fat, water, bmi, etc. (See photo) The graphs are great to track progress. 164 may not be impressive, but I started at 174, 3 months ago. I’m 67 and apparently have the metabolism of a slug. So , yay me! 🤣

Perfection!
This scale is perfect! Bought it to take to my office BUT,having to keep it at home taking other smart scale to work! This scale instantaneously gives not just my weight , but how may calories I should consume (bmr) , plus a bunch other factors like bmi!

Super cool scale. Downloaded the free app for it, counts body metrics. Can help meal prep, count calories, virtual cookbook, can set notification reminders throughout the day. Tracks progress, eating habits / exercise etc….

Great Motivator
This scale has been a great motivator because of the tons of use data it gives you once it syncs with your device. Allowing you make adjustments to your diet. For example, it told me my body water levelsl was low. So I began incorporate more water into my daily routine. There low price point model, but it uses batteries. For few extra dollars it’s worth moving up to the plug-in rechargeable model. My only complaint is that it uses a micro usb charger instead of a usb-c, but this only a minor inconvenience. Overall great product.
